Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
United States: We offer a $10 flat rate for all domestic orders, shipping via UPS or USPS Priority.
International: Destination specific shipping rates and all taxes and customs duties automatically calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Lindquist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carrier about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Providence, Rhode Island. In stock items will generally be shipped within 7 business days, and in production items will ship within 3-4 weeks.
If you require expedited shipping please contact us prior to placing your order via email at info@lindquist-object.com. Rates vary depending on location and timeline.
Please note due to Covid-19, it may take longer to fulfill your order as we navigate unforeseen delays and take appropriate health and safety precautions. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and assure you that your order will be on the way as quickly as possible. Returns:
All items that feature custom monogramming are final sale.
Please email returns@lindquist-object.com with your order number in the subject line. Please list items you would like to return and we will respond with a shipping label. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the label, and must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery or they will not be accepted.
Returns may take up to 14 days to arrive at our facility and be inspected and processed but please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Hats:
Brookes Boswell x Lindquist hats returns are eligible for credit or exchange, but not a refund. To initiate an exchange, please email returns@lindquist-object.com with your order number in the subject line to request a return slip and submit a replacement order. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving a shipping label.
Textiles:
Textile returns are eligible for credit or exchange, but not a refund. Exchanges:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and offer the opportunity for exchanges on non monogrammed, unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. But the item I wanted is sold out!
At Lindquist we are committed to making objects of exacting quality and durability, crafted by hand at our studio. Our production process is methodical and meticulous and therefore time consuming, and our release schedule will be determined by this ethos. We plan to launch limited editions of items within each collection, and spread our launches throughout the season. If there is a particular item that you missed on a launch, please reach out to us as a restock may already be on the schedule.
